How Our Process Works:

An open line of communication between you and our staff is a top priority. Most problems in the construction process are due to lack of communication.

Initial consultation provides an opportunity to determine the project scope and schedule. At the initial visit we will:

  • Discuss your priorities, budget and timing for the project.
  • Provide recommendation of how to best achieve your desired results.
  • Review plans (if you already have them).
  • If plans and scope of work are detailed enough, an estimated budget range can be given at that time.
  • Design and drafting assistance can be provided in order to more closely provide a firm estimate based on selections, scope of work and established budget.
  • Proposal is submitted for your review at a second site visit.
  • Contract is signed and a retainer is collected.
  • Detailed schedule is provided.
  • Permits are pulled and scheduling begins.
  • Payments are collected as stated in the contract, which can sometimes vary on the size and scope of the project.
  • Walk-throughs are conducted with homeowner at critical phases of the project.
  • A final walk-through is conducted at the completion of the job and any punch list items are noted and taken care of immediately.
  • Once you are completely satisfied, warranty period begins.
